No one likes being kept waiting, which is why we work very hard to keep to our 2 hour appointment windows. If we are running late for any reason, we will call you and let you know.

All of the rubbish we collect is sorted by hand at our depot to take out and segregate what can be re-used, recovered or recycled. Anything that is left is taken to a licensed Waste Transfer Station that prioritises recycling and waste to energy incineration to be disposed of responsibly and legally.
